Waring Engineering Limited was established in 1992 by Richard Waring. We are a family run business and operate out of two purpose built factory units in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. We are centrally located and ideal to supply not only to the whole of the UK but globally also.
The business has gone from strength to strength over the years with on-going contracts for major blue chip clients such as National Grid, GL Industrial Services and Pipeline Integrity International to name but a few.
After being approached by British Gas in the early 1990’s Waring Engineering Ltd was asked to produce the first Epoxy Repair Sleeves. As the business relationship grew the company was then asked to continue to work with British Gas (now National Grid) as the Grouted Tee came into production, something which Waring Engineering had a lot of input into. Over the years the product has evolved and developed and has now seen the concept move into the more specialised Subsea Grouted Tee, which we own the sole worldwide manufacturing rights to. All of these products are now widely used across the world.
Over the next few years Richard is hoping to grow the family business further by taking on his two sons, Tom and Harry, if so they will have the unique name of Tom, Dick and Harry Waring Engineering Ltd!
